This awesome pike of around 25 lb in
weight just came from nowhere and
grabbed the smaller pike as I went to net
it. It held on long enough for me to get my
camera out and shoot this pic. A rare
opportunity!
 This pike took a Smity Slap Tail
surface lure shortly after it had taken
this vole from the surface. It's tail
was showing in the pikes throat.
 A freak of nature - not me, the pike!
It measured 53 inches long and yet
only weighed 13 pounds! Baltic Sea
- caught on a Hell Tail lure.
I'd just returned the chub which weighed 5lb 10 oz when the pike
grabbed it. A few days later, Matt Hayes caught that pike on a fly
and it weighed 20 lbs 12 oz!
 A February pike of 23 lbs+ caught on a Micro Demon lure. One of the prettiest
pike I have ever seen.
